What are the ticket options?

Some brunch events may vary in structure and ticket inclusions. Please refer to the ticket descriptions on the respective links for specific details. Typically the ticket options include the following:

‘MORE THAN A BRUNCH’ meal tickets grant you access to the entire event including the ‘Experience’ (the party segment of the brunch), a reserved table, Rum Punch Hour, and a meal platter.

‘THE EXPERIENCE’ party tickets grant you entry only to the party segment of the brunch. No reserved table, food, or beverages are included. Please note that the start times may differ from More Than a Brunch Ticket holder. Event timings are detailed on the ticket and a confirmation email with this information will be sent separately.

Note that some spin-off events are solely structured as The Experience.

If you have purchased a meal ticket, it is important to arrive on time. The bottomless rum punch and meals will be served within a designated time frame, and we are unable to hold them for latecomers.

For all London events, the specific location will be shared in your confirmation email. All events are typically held in Zone 1, near Bank and Cannon Street Station.

How do I book a table?

"MORE THAN A BRUNCH" meal tickets generally include an assigned table, but this may vary per event.  Please check the specific ticket descriptions for details.

Is there a  maximum number of people allowed per table?

No. There are no limits! We allocate tables according to group sizes.

Can we purchase drinks on the day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is an open bar available where drinks can be purchased. For bottle packages and prices, please contact the venue as we are not responsible for the bar.

Question 8

Photography & Videography Consent

Accepted Answer

By attending Old School R&B Brunch, you grant permission to the OSR Group to use photographs and/or videos taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, social media posts, website content, and advertising materials.

Please note: Your tickets include the following terms and conditions: "I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for social media, commercial publications or other purposes solely promoting the Brunch".

Rest assured, any photos or videos captured at Old School R&B Brunch will be kept within the OSR Group and will not be shared with any outside organizations.

Question 9

How can I join my group's table?

Accepted Answer

If you have purchased a ticket with a discount code, the allocation will be automatically applied.

If you bought a single ticket without a discount code, please email us your ticket reference number and the details of the group you would like to join. We will arrange this for you. Our email is enquiries@osrnbrunch.com.

This is only applicable to meal ticket holders.

Late arrivals

To make the most of your "More Than A Brunch" ticket, we encourage you to arrive at the very start of the event. We typically serve the rum punch and food within a specific timeframe and, as we are not a restaurant, we cannot hold food for late arrivals.

To avoid missing out, please arrive on time. Refunds will not be granted for late arrivals.

Comfortable and stylish is how we want you to feel. No sports tracksuits, hats or durags are permitted.
